Merchant Admin Guide

Welcome to your shop dashboard. This guide covers what you need to run your online store and your counter.

Quick start

  1. Sign up and onboard — create your account, set up your shop, connect Stripe.
  2. Add your catalog — products, variants, collections.
  3. Stock it — locations and stock levels.
  4. Decide how orders reach customers — shipping rates, or in-store pickup.
  5. Go live — publish from Settings once the checklist is complete, and your shop is reachable at yourdomain.com/your-shop-slug.

The go-live checklist will not let you publish until steps 2 to 4 are genuinely done. A shop that goes live without stock or a delivery method takes orders it cannot honour.

Where things live in the dashboard

The sidebar is grouped by what you are doing rather than by what the feature is called:

GroupScreens
SellOrders, Draft orders, Fulfilment, Returns, Disputes, Point of sale
ManageProducts, Categories, Collections, Inventory, Locations, Purchase orders, Customers, Discounts, Printers, Staff
Reports & settingsReports, Store credit, Shipping, Storefront, Pages, Menus, Integrations, Email, Redirects, Import & export, Security, Settings, Payments, Analytics, Shops

Each guide ends with a Where to find it line naming the screen it describes. What you can see depends on what you have been granted — a staff member scoped to the counter does not get a Reports menu, and the restriction is enforced on the action, not just hidden from the menu.

Multi-shop

One company can hold several shops. Each has its own catalog, inventory, orders and storefront slug. Use the shop switcher at the top of the sidebar to move between them — every page in the dashboard re-scopes to the shop you pick.
