The counter, the money and the back office

Card payments at the counter without a second machine, wallets and buy-now-pay-later online, store credit as a refund destination and as a tender, and the back-office work that a shop with staff actually needs — permissions, an activity log, your own sending domain, and a way to get the data out.

  • Tap to Pay and Stripe Terminal readers at the counter, with no platform fee on card-present sales
  • End-of-day close per register: opening float, takings by tender, expected drawer, counted drawer and the variance
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and Zip at checkout, and express checkout from the product page and cart
  • Store credit — refund a return to it, spend it online or at the counter, and reconcile what you owe on a ledger
  • Card disputes with the evidence deadline counting down
  • Suppliers, purchase orders, and receiving at the cost actually paid — which is what gross margin is worked out from
  • Draft orders with an emailed payment link, for phone and invoice sales
  • Customer records, saved segments and marketing consent
  • Staff logins scoped per shop and per area, two-factor authentication, and an activity log
  • Order emails from your own verified sending domain, with editable templates and a test send
